TRANSPORTATION
At what time will the taxi pick me up ?
If you book the transportation with HYPE YACHT. You will receive an email or a phone call one day before the cruise from 7 pm onwards. This will occur once all bookings for the following date are finalized, and we will provide you with the pickup timing of your taxi.
Which area can the taxi pick me up from ?
The taxi can pick you up from any location in Phuket
How much is the transportation?
Private Van round-trip for 1 up to 10 people, it costs 2,600 THB/van (Phuket area only)
What type of transportation service does HYPE offer?
We offer private transportation for pick-up and drop-off.
Where can we park ?
You can park your car at the Royal Phuket Marina’s car park.
GENERAL QUESTION
Are children allowed on board ? Can I go if I am pregnant ?
Children under the age of 6 years old are not permitted on board Hype yacht.
Our cruise is not recommended for senior citizens over the age of 70 years old or for pregnant women.
HYPE YACHT is not responsible for any accidents involving children, any health issues or incidents related to pregnancy or age-related conditions that may arise during the cruise.
What is the Hype menu ? If I am vegetarian, can the food menu be adjusted to my diet restrictions ?

If you are vegetarian or have any allergies, please mention this when booking or contact our HYPE Reservation team via email booking@hypeboatclub.com at least 1 day prior to the charter date.
Is it possible to bring alcohol or food on board?
Bringing any food or beverage on board is prohibited.
We have a corkage fee of 1500 THB for wines, and 3000 THB for Champagne & Spirits.

Who should I contact to cancel my booking ? Can I cancel or change the date of my booking ?

Cancellation & No-show Policy:
By HYPE YACHT:
If we are unable to cruise safely due to adverse weather conditions, HYPE YACHT reserves the right to cancel the cruise. In such cases, we offer the option to either postpone your booking or receive a full refund.By Client:
– Any cancellation or change the date made less than 24 hours before the cruising date, there will be non-refundable.
– Any cancellation made less than 72 hours before the cruising date, only 50% will be refundable.
– Other cancellations, a 10% set up fee will be retained.
– No-Show, 100% of the fee will be charged and non-refundable.What can we do if the weather is really bad ?
HYPE YACHT cannot control the weather.
Therefore only the captain has the authority to cancel the cruise if no viable alternate itinerary and the sea conditions are deemed too dangerous for a safe journey.
