TRANSPORTATION
At what time will the taxi pick me up ?
You will receive an e-mail or a phone call one day before the cruise from 7 pm onwards once all bookings are final for the next day and we will provide you with the pickup timing of your taxi.Which area can the taxi pick me up from ?
The taxi can pick you up from any location in PhuketWhere can we park ?
You can park your car at the Royal Phuket Marina parking.GENERAL QUESTION
Are children allowed on board ? Can I go if I am pregnant ?
Children under the age of 6 years old are not allowed on board Hype yacht.
Our cruise is not recommended for Senior citizens over 70 years old and for pregnant women.
If anything wrong happens related to pregnancy or elderly health conditions, Hype Yacht cannot be held responsible.What is the Hype menu ? If I am vegetarian, can the food menu be adjusted to my diet restrictions ?

Is it possible to bring alcohol or food on board?
We have a corkage fee of 1500 THB for wines, and 3000 THB for Champagne & Spirits. Bringing any other food or beverages on board is prohibited.

If we cannot sail safely due to foul weather, Hype reserves the right to cancel the cruise.
Hype then offers to postpone your booking or get a full refund.By Client:
Any cancellation or change made less than 24 hours before the cruising date, there will be no refund.
Any cancellation made less than 72 hours before the cruising date, only 50% will be refundable.
For any other cases we will keep a 10% set up fee.
For a “No Show” 100% of the fee will be charged and there will be no refund.What can we do if the weather is really bad ?
Hype cannot control the weather.
Therefore only the captain is entitled to decide to cancel the cruise if no alternate itinerary is available and if the sea conditions are too dangerous to guarantee a safe cruise. - FAQ - HYPE CATAMARAN
